Reservations: How do you make a reservation ?

You can just call us or fill in the reservation form. You will receive an email with payment instructions for the deposit.
After the booking we hold on to your reservation for 8 days for the payment to arrive. After these 8 days, we remain the right to cancel your reservation.
On arrival you pay the rest of the total amount. On departure you will pay other extras, i.e. drinks and dinners.

Cancellation: How do I cancel my reservation and do I get a refund ?

If you made a reservation but did not transfer the deposit, please send us an email with your cancellation. This is free of charge.
After you have paid your deposit, your reservation is confirmed and a refund is not possible. We advise all our guests to make arrangements with a travel insurance, so you might request a refund from them, depending on the terms of the insurance.

Handicaps or disablities: I have trouble with walking or climbing or I am disabled. Is the terrain suitable for me ?

Answer: We advise our guests to contact us in advance of their stay or booking. The terrain is sometimes quite steep and not suitable for diasabled people. You need to have a reasonable good condition to climb up and down the hills.
